Sheila is an EBVS® European Veterinary Specialist in Small Animal Internal Medicine, one of only 17 RCVS Recognised Specialist’s in Feline Medicine globally and a member of the ISFM Academy of Feline Practitioners. She is particularly passionate about providing practically relevant veterinary education and regularly lectures both nationally and internationally on all aspects of Feline Medicine.
She has also provided clinical tutorship to over 50 postgraduate veterinary surgeons during her role as a senior tutor on the feline medicine distance education course delivered by the Centre for Veterinary Education, University of Sydney. Sheila has a special interest in minimally invasive endoscopy, feline renal and ureteric disease, gastroenterology and delivering Cat Friendly Practice.
